§ 10.20.060. Qualified towers—General requirements.

A.

Must have state of Connecticut used or new car dealer license or state of Connecticut motor vehicle repairer's license pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes Section 14-66.

B.

Place of business must be located within boundaries of the city and must be in compliance with all pertinent state and local laws and regulations shall be identified and set forth in writing to the chief of police within twenty-four (24) hours.

C.

All principles of a tower and changes in ownership or registration thereto

D.

Tower must pay two thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars ($2,750.00) by certified or cashier check to the city as a nonrefundable fee together with its application.
