§ 5.24.020. License—Fee—Issuance—Term.

The chief of police shall, upon the payment of eighty-five dollars ($85.00) for the use of the city, issue to any person whom he shall find to be discreet, honest and temperate a numbered license to carry on the business of an auctioneer for a term of one year from the date thereof.
