§ 5.32.150. Fees—Expiration.

Upon the issuance of the license as provided for in this article, the applicant shall pay a fee as follows to the clerk of the department of health and social services: for each plant, sixty dollars ($60.00); for each press-shop, ten dollars ($10.00); and for each bobtail cleaner, sixty dollars ($60.00). Such fees are to be paid each year or part of a year in advance. The license so issued shall expire within one year from date of issuance and shall not be transferable.
