§ 8.16.110. Reissuance of certificate of inspection.

A revoked certificate of inspection required to operate a child care center or group day care home shall be reissued upon proper application and upon presentation of evidence which satisfies the director of health that the deficiencies that caused revocation have been corrected. The fee for the reissuance of a revoked certificate of inspection shall be three hundred thirty dollars ($230.00) which fee will be renewable on October 1st.
