§ 8.84.110. Violation—Penalty.

A.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each violation.

B.

It shall be the responsibility of the offender to abate the violation as ordered by the director of health. Each day an artificial public pool is operated without a license or in other violation of this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense.
