No person shall commit any nuisance upon any crosswalk, concrete or paved sidewalk
or street, or upon any building, fence, gate, wall, step, lamppost, box or other article
closely contiguous to any sidewalk, or the entranceway of any building, either public
or private, or any portion of the bridges used by pedestrians, or the enclosures thereto.
